Recruiting Criteria

The Resonants are a group of young adults united by their love of singing a cappella (occasionally we perform with accompaniment). We perform a wide range of sacred and secular choral works. Please consider whether our repertoire and age group are appropriate for you before filling in the form below.

The general criteria that we ask of applicants:

• Aged between 18 and 35
• Musically trained and can sing well
• Can sight-read, and
• Live in the Canberra region.

If you would like to make an enquiry about joining our choir, please fill in the form below, and we will get back to you regarding an audition. Please note that we recruit on an as-needed basis so you may be asked if you wish to be placed on a waiting list if we have a full quota of singers.

We are currently opent to all voice parts. We would love to hear from anyone who meets our requirements.
